In light of the uncertain economy and our members’ financial concerns, we’ve made some changes you’ll like! We’ve realized that pleasing you, our members, is well worth the investment of the Association’s funds, so we’ve taken steps to provide you with a stellar retreat at a reduced price:

• We've renegotiated our contract with the Indian Lakes Resort and lowered the cost of registration to $250 until May 8 and $275 until we reach a maximum registration of 75 people.

• We’ve set up a payment plan to make registration more budget-friendly. ($25 nonrefundable. Balance due by June 15. All fees nonrefundable after June 30).

• We’ll offer day-trip rates for those who live in the area or who are attending the Metal Clay Conference and can only attend the event for one day. Day trip registration does not include meals and will cost $50.

• We’ve even come up with an incentive program for the first five groups of 10 or more attending together…continue reading for more info.

• Don’t worry if you’ve already registered at the original price - the difference will be refunded.

In addition to the full day of demos with our Special Guest Artist Christi Friesen, you'll be able to see demos from published artists like Judy Belcher, Kathi Briefer-Gose, Lorrene Davis, Lisa Pavelka, SL Savarick and more.

Have a great project idea or want to get published? You'll have the opportunity to meet with members of the press during the retreat including PolymerCAFÉ Magazine, Art Jewelry Magazine and Kalmbach Books. Be sure to bring your finished project to show off and a project summary to leave with the editors!

On-site Vendors

Don't worry about forgetting supplies – our on-site vendors will have what you need (and probably a few more things that you don't!). As of press time, we have firm commitments form Polymer Clay Express, Munro Crafts, and Viva Décor (Pardo Jewelry Clay) with more vendors expressing high interest.

Incentive Program

The first five local guilds, virtual organizations, or other online community (forum, blog, etc.) that registers 10 people will receive one additional free registration to be used by them as they choose. To participate in this program, be sure each registrant gives the name of your group when he/she registers. A representative of your group must also provide the IPCA with a list of names you have recruited in order to receive the free registration.
